Troubleshooting Common Female Athlete Health Concerns

The aim of this presentation is to address real-world challenges encountered by trainers, coaches and practitioners when helping optimize female athlete health and performance. Specific attention will be directed at concerns surrounding the menstrual cycle and use of exogenous steroid hormones.

Victoria will offer important insight and integrative strategies on how to better understand and practically address common women's health complaints experienced within the female athlete population. This includes walking participants through how to conduct proper case assessments; the use and analysis of diagnostics such as lab work and cycle tracking; the role of specific pharmaceuticals and supplements; and different options for therapeutic and lifestyle interventions.
