Owner of 5 Rings Barbell, Jance Footit has spent nearly 15 years traveling the world to collect information with the goal of continuing to refine his coaching and treatment techniques for his clients. After graduating with a degree in both Biology and Psychology, Jance continued his education getting his LMT license and then adding on to it becoming full body level 2 ART certified and a Medical Level 3 FST practitioner, allowing him to combine several modalities into novel and effective treatments alongside his training and coaching.
